10.20.10

This motto should be easy enough to remember. Not only because it consists of two words but because every time I go outside and move about I feel good. The rhythm of walking in the woods gives my mind rest. One foot in front of the other entranced.

Perfect fall day — drizzly, big yellow leaves falling, smoke rising from the chimneys. But I am stuck inside working. Unfair!

How is life in NC, Eleanor? I was just in WV and Roanoke. Very pretty this time of year.
