go away winter

These are the tents I have been making. They are still really just in sketch form, but I hope to have one grouping done sooner than later. One day I will build a whole village!

This is a pretty good grouping of what I made at Penland. I feel that I gained so much from my fall concentration. The tents are all over my brain, and I am sure I will be working with them for a long time. I made a book, which is kind of different for me. I learned how to sharpen my carving tools! Now doing woodcuts is way more manageable. I actually understand the Vandercook proof press, and know what to do when something isn’t printing correctly. I made amazing friends . Some of which I cried with as I said farewell  and drove off listening to CCR. As always the days go too fast. Keep the Hall and Oats rockin my friends!
